About Us
Making Home Ownership Simpler and More Affordable
Revita Communities operates land-lease communities across Ontario, including seasonal cottage communities, mobile home communities and prefabricated home communities. Our focus is simple: good homes, well-run communities and a lower cost to get in.
What We Do
We Build Communities, Not Just Homes
We take campgrounds and older parks and turn them into welcoming cottage and home communities. New homes are built in a factory, so they go in faster and cost less than a traditional build.
Because you lease the land instead of buying it, your total cost to own is roughly 30-40% lower. You still own your home, and we take care of the land, roads and shared spaces.

Good to Know
Land-Lease Questions, Answered
What does land-lease mean?
You buy and own your home, and lease the lot it sits on from us. Since you’re not paying for the land, your upfront cost is a lot lower than buying a traditional house.
Do I actually own my home?
Yes. The home is yours. You pay a monthly lot lease for the land and community upkeep.
What does the monthly lot lease cover?
It covers your lot plus the upkeep of shared spaces like roads and common areas. What’s included can vary a bit by community, so just ask us for the details on the one you’re interested in.
Can I get a mortgage?
Year-round mobile and modular homes can qualify for mortgages through major banks. Park model homes are financed differently, more like an RV. We’re happy to point you in the right direction.
What’s the difference between seasonal and year-round?
Seasonal communities are open for part of the year and are made for cottage-style living. Year-round communities are open all year and are meant to be your full-time home.
